Pathways to Aviation Careers

Our programs support students from their first introduction to aviation through career-launching opportunities, meeting them where they are and helping them soar higher at every stage. All of our programs are free to participants, thanks to the generosity of our donors!

Aviation Day

For ages 6-17, Aviation Day is an introduction to the world of aviation, giving students hands-on exposure to flight while inspiring their dreams.

Summer Aviation Program

For ages 18-21, the Summer Aviation Program offers intensive flight and life skills training and mentorship. Participants log flight hours and upon completion earn their private pilot and drone certifications.

Fellowship Program

For ages 22-25, the Fellowship program offers continued flight certification assistance, career development, and access to an engaged alumni network. Fellows gain industry connections, mentorship, and resources to help them launch meaningful careers.
