Our Fellowship Program supports aviation professionals ages 22-25 as they transition from training to established careers. We provide professional development and a powerful network to help our graduates succeed. The program provides recipients with a flexible award, allowing them to choose how best to utilize it—whether for flight training, advanced aviation programs, professional career development, or other aviation-related pursuits.

EXTERNSHIP
Johnson & Johnson
Selected fellows will participate in a one-week externship, immersing themselves in the corporate side of aviation. Through this fellowship, participants not only advance their careers but also contribute to the growth of a dynamic aviation community, making a lasting impact on the lives of aspiring aviation professionals.
