Mentorship
As a mentor, you'll provide guidance, encouragement, and real-world insight to a cadet or fellow navigating their aviation journey. Whether you're a pilot, engineer, aviation professional, or leader in another field, your experience can help shape the trajectory of a young person's future.

All potential mentors must submit to a background check to participate in the program.
Aviation Day
Join us in delivering a day of inspiration and discovery for students. Volunteers help with event setup, activity stations, guided tours, and engagement. Join us and help bring the excitement of aviation to life for youth of all ages.

Red Tail Ball
Support our signature annual fundraiser. From guest check-in and logistics to donor engagement, your help ensures we raise critical funds to support our cadets.

Community Outreach
