Women Leading the Future of Aviation

Women have always helped push the fields of aviation and STEM forward. Often unsung heroes, women in aviation drive innovation, fill critical roles across engineering, piloting, and air traffic control, and bring new ideas and perspectives that continue to shape the industry.

As pioneers in aviation and STEM, women have consistently broken barriers and soared to new heights. Whether flying aircraft, advancing transportation, or leading discoveries in aerospace, women continue to make their mark in fields that have historically been male-dominated.

At Tuskegee NEXT, we proudly champion our female cadets, program alumni, and the women who serve on our board. This Women’s History Month, we extend our gratitude to the women in our community who continue to set the standard and create space for the next generation of leaders in aviation.

Your dedication to mentorship, opportunity, and excellence reflects the enduring legacy and mission of the Tuskegee Airmen.

We see you. We support you. We thank you.
