The Tuskegee NEXT Foundation is seeking responsible and enthusiastic Residential Supervisors to support cadets during the Summer Aviation Program. Residential Supervisors ensure the safety and well-being of participants while fostering a positive and growth-oriented environment. This role requires flexibility, professionalism, strong organization, and a passion for youth development. Supervisors will live on-site in the western suburbs of Chicago and must be available to accommodate the program’s dynamic daily schedule. 

MUST BE A TUSKEGEE NEXT ALUMNI - The Tuskegee NEXT Foundation is seeking a Summer Intern from May through August who can support the Program Director during our Summer Aviation Program (SAP). The (SAP) Intern will assist our Tuskegee NEXT staff and cadets during the various program activities and will help support a safe, healthy, and positive environment that is consistent with the Tuskegee NEXT Foundation’s mission and culture. Salary is commensurate with the applicant’s experience.
